Shipping Information

We currently serve the Metro Vancouver area, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, and surrounding cities.

We offer two delivery options: • Pickup (Free): Pick up your order at our location in Metro Vancouver. You'll receive the pickup address in your confirmation email. • Delivery (C$10): We deliver to addresses within the Metro Vancouver area. Free delivery on orders over C$79.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Plushies are wrapped in protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.
