Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligible for Return
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong items received
- Items damaged during shipping
- Unused items in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items damaged by customer
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@perpaw.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide further instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund via Interac e-Transfer within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
